Terms of Service
AI Mastery is a lead generation system for real estate agents, operated by Nucci Consulting ("we", "us"). These terms apply to agents who hold an account and to anyone who uses a landing page we host. By using the service you agree to them. How we handle personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy.
The service
We build and host landing pages for an agent, run advertising on Meta for agents whose media we buy, reply to leads by chat, SMS and email on the agent's behalf, and show the agent their leads, conversations and appointments. Features change over time; we tell account holders before removing anything they rely on.
Accounts
- Accounts are created by our team for licensed real estate professionals. There is no public sign-up.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of what you give us: your name, brokerage, licence details, market and photos.
- Keep your sign-in private. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.
Advertising on Meta
When you give us access to your ad account, Facebook Page and pixel, you authorise us to create, change, pause and report on campaigns in them for your listings and services. Every campaign runs under Meta's Housing special ad category and follows the Meta Advertising Standards and Terms, which also bind you as the account owner.
- Ad spend is billed by Meta to the payment method on your ad account, separately from our fees.
- We do not guarantee a number of leads, a cost per lead, or that Meta will approve any ad.
- You can remove our access at any time in Facebook under Settings → Business Integrations, or by asking us.
Fair housing and messaging rules
You must follow fair housing law and the rules of your licence and brokerage. We write copy that avoids steering and discriminatory targeting, but you approve what runs under your name and remain responsible for it.
Leads are contacted only after they submit a form that asks for their consent. Replies of STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE are honoured automatically. You agree not to use the service to message anyone who has not given that consent.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service to:
- Break any law, or Meta's, Twilio's or a carrier's rules.
- Publish false, misleading or infringing content, or photos you do not have the right to use.
- Try to access another agent's account or data, or interfere with the platform.
We may pause pages, campaigns or messaging that break these rules, and will tell you why.
Fees
Fees, the ads term and what is included are set out in your agreement with Nucci Consulting. Unless that agreement says otherwise, fees already paid are not refundable.
Content and data
Your photos, bio and brand remain yours; you let us use them to run your pages and ads. Your leads belong to you, and you can ask for an export at any time. The software, page templates and generated designs remain ours.
Copy, images and replies produced by AI can be wrong. Review what goes out under your name, and tell us when something needs correcting.
Ending the service
You can close your account by writing to us. We can end or suspend it for a breach of these terms or of your agreement. When an account closes we stop your campaigns and messaging, and delete its data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost leads, or indirect damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Changes
When these terms change we update the date at the top. Material changes are sent to account holders by email before they take effect.
